Has anyone noticed that anyone with even half a large garden is building a new house on it!
Where is all the affordable housing for young folk?

Confused

And now there is a planning application for down Brandy Cove. I wonder if they will be building starter homes. Nahhh what we need is more luxury homes for the super rich. Bye bye village life f2v5

In Brandy Cove?! Where is there to build a house down there?
Perhaps they're planning to build ontop of the shacks on the road to the beach?

There will be no affordable homes or entry level for the young. Why not build?

Not in My Back Yard. The planets had it lets face it. Luxury homes and gas guzzling bentleys seem the future to me
